<p>Step 1: Use <b>Rosemary Scalp and Hair Oil</b> as a pre-wash Intense Hair treatment. Apply to scalp and ends of hair, place a processing cap on head and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse and follow with Grow Shampoo or Grow Scrub.</p><br>
<p>Step 2: Massage <b>Grow Shampoo</b> thoroughly through wet hair, cleansing your hair and stimulating the scalp.<br><br>
Option 2 - Massage <b>Grow Scrub</b> gently into the scalp and rinse. Use instead of shampoo - it contains cleansing agents to gently detox your hair. Use once a week to unblock hair follicles and remove build-up. <br><br>
Step 3: Smooth <b>Grow Conditioner</b> through damp hair to strengthen, repair and moisturise.<br><br>
Step 4: Section hair and apply <b>Grow Tonic</b> evenly all over your scalp. Gently massage into your roots.

<p><b>Post Wash Scalp Treatment</b>: Section hair into 4 parts exposing scalp. Apply a small amount of oil to scalp, massage oil in with fingers and comb through to ends of hair. Leave in and style as desired.</p><br>
<p><b>Post Wash Daily Use Treatment</b>: Apply a small amount to scalp and comb through to ends. The non-greasy formula will absorb into hair without leaving residue.</p><br>
<p><b>Pre-wash Intense Hair Treatment</b>: For split end care apply to ends of hair, place a processing cap on head and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse and follow with shampooing.</p>
