Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, please refer to the information below.

This return policy was last updated on 1 December 2020.

If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as Target stores etc. then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.

Similarly, if you purchased products on the Umberto Giannini website, you must return them in accordance with the procedure outlined below and not directly to a partnered retail location.

Should you wish to return your products, please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your Products and wish to return them within 14 days of delivery - return the item in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, enclosing a copy of the original receipt to sender. 

Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so (in case you need to show you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel).

Please note for reasons of health and safety, we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used within 14 days from the day we receive products back from you.

We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

If the goods are faulty, please contact our shop at shop@umbertogiannini.co.uk and send us pictures of your faulty products. We will be able to offer you a full refund including the cost of delivery if the goods that you have received were unsuitable for use.
